Note to self…
I can’t remember the last cup of coffee I drank. I don’t get headaches in the afternoon from not having enough caffeine. I exercise everyday, and by everyday I mean 7 days a week. I’ve lost around 14 pounds on the scale, can lift more weight, do more pushups and pull-ups, and run for longer than I could 2 months ago. I am eating healthy and I am not hungry all the time.
I started down this road so I looked good in wedding pictures, but I don’t see any reason to turn around.
