There are better similar and cheaper options out there.
As people have said for what it contains it is overly expensive.
You can possibly get bulk powders of most of the most effective ingredients and some grapefruit juice to mix them with.
This will serve to extend their potency in the body.

The ALA is the best part with the green tea being a far second. High potency guggulsterones are good for thyroid output and making sure you get iodine.
I was going to try PAGG but someone else came out with something way better.

And Na-R-Ala is considerably better. Add in some Gymnema, Coleus, and Banaba and you are set.

Thanks for this article. I’m thinking of writing my own P90X vs CrossFit post on my blog and after reading yours, there’s not a big point. I had almost identical experiences.

I did P90X and had great results….then I slowly lost them and was back to square one. I’ve now been doing CrossFitting for 4 months and loving it. I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.

However, I think we have to realize that there are two different goals of the programs. P90X is a specific program that delivers physical (outwardly visible) changes in 90 days. CrossFit doesn’t promise that. Sure, the outwardly visible changes will come, but as a side effect of gaining strength and work capacity, not as a primary goal.
